What is a Hat Burning Workshop
This is more than a craft workshop— it's a one-of-a-kind event!
You’ll utilise the craft of pyrography to design & create your unique new hat. Sherry will bring her hat burning expertise and come alongside you to assist in planning, transferring your artwork and burning your personal design on your very own hat. We provide all the creative materials you need create your very own one-of-a-kind hat. No need to bring anything... everything is provided including a hat.

PLEASE NOTE : Due to using very hot tools, participants need to be over the age of 14.

This is your chance to express yourself, experiment with wonderful ideas, and create something truly unique. We have launched our beginners workshops where you can learn the basics of hat burning—no experience or special artistic talent is necessary. Over the coming months we will launch intermediate and advanced workshops, where you will have the chance to learn how to create your own designs, change tips, shade and add more details to your hats. Advanced workshops will be for experienced individuals who would like to craft their own top quality hats. All you need is a sense of fun and creativity. Whether you’re an absolute beginner or a seasoned pro, you’ll leave with a hat that you will be proud of!

How often do you run workshops

​We run public workshops according to customers needs. In 2025, we are looking to have hat burning workshops every 2-3 months- dates and venues to be confirmed. We also have an option to book your own workshop or event.

Book your Own Workshop or Event​
Do you already have a group of people in mind who would like to learn this fun craft? Maybe a group of friends, colleagues or women's group? We will come to you! All we need is enough tables and chairs and a minimum of 6 people for private events. We do all the set up and pack up so you can relax and enjoy the event. If you have more than 20 please contact us to discuss. Not from Tamworth of the surrounding area? We are mobile and happy to travel. Please contact us to discuss travel options and fees.
