Elevating Art Studio currently offers 4 art classes per week.

Each class is carefully programmed to to suit the needs and skills of our young artists and delivered by an experienced and qualified visual arts teacher.

Art Explorers

(5-7 year olds)

Term 2 is all about exploring different art materials and techniques. Lessons will be focussing on experimental process art which is full of messy explorative fun! A class introducing our young artists to the wonderful world of art and creativity. 

 

Art Sparks

(8-12 year olds)

We will be focussing on sculpture and 3D art in term 2. Some projects will include air-dry clay and papier mache. We will learn specific skills and techniques and be introduced to some modern practising artists. This class will have some projects which carry over from one lesson to the next.

Creative Connections

(9-14 years: Special Needs)

Creative connections is a small art class (5 students max) focussed on creating a safe and nurturing creative space where children with special needs can explore and create art. Term 2 will focus on process art where students can enjoy the fun process of creating art.

Masterpiece Makers

(High School Art)

Masterpiece Makers is about teaching specific skills to young artists so they can improve their art making skills. Lessons will be divided into 2 parts. Firstly, learning a skill or technique or being introduced to specific artistic styles, and then working on a longer term project. This class will be working on 3D sculpture projects for Term 2.

Please note, we have made slight adjustments to our schedule to better accommodate our families and the transition between classes.

Term 2 starts on 30th April 2025, and will be a 7 week term with a break on the 3rd week each month due to hall availability.

 

We have flexible options and offer a term package at a discounted rate or you may come and try individual lessons before you sign up to the full term. The individual lessons  are subject to availability, full term enrolments will be allocated first.

If you are looking for homeschool art classes, we would love to hear from you. We are looking to offer this for children during school hours.
